Where Specialized Training Meets Compassionate Care

Targeting the Cycle: CBT addresses the link between thoughts, behaviors, and physical sensations. By changing how you respond to pain and stress, you can break the cycle of suffering and improve your physical comfort.

Emotional Regulation: He incorporates principles for managing the heavy emotions that come with life stressors including but not limited to chronic illness. This helps you maintain stability even when your health feels unpredictable or overwhelming.

Parents & Caregivers: He provides practical coaching to help you support a child in pain. Supportive parent training helps you foster healthy coping skills while reducing family stress and conflict.

Psychological Flexibility: Through ACT, we focus on moving toward what matters most. You learn to accept difficult physical sensations while taking steps that align with your long-term goals.

Mindfulness for Health: These techniques help you observe body sensations without judgment, reducing the stress response that often exacerbates chronic pain and illness.
